Configuring Root Cause Against
From the SmartSolve Portal Page, click the
Home tab
.
In the Setup and Policy section, click
Setup
.
In the System Wide section, click
Lists
.
Result:
The Lists window is displayed.
Click
Add/Modify Existing List Object Values
.
Result:
The Lists entry window is displayed.
Click the drop down button and select
CAPA Root Cause
.
Click
Next
.
Result:
The CAPA Root Cause entry window is displayed.
Modify the appropriate List Values, Parent List Values, and/or Sort Order.
Click the
Save
button.
Result:
The changes are now reflected in the list.
