Configuring Root Cause Against

  1. From the SmartSolve Portal Page, click the Home tab.
  2. In the Setup and Policy section, click Setup.
  3. In the System Wide section, click Lists.
    Result: The Lists window is displayed.
  4. Click Add/Modify Existing List Object Values.
    Result: The Lists entry window is displayed.
  5. Click the drop down button and select CAPA Root Cause.
  6. Click Next.
    Result: The CAPA Root Cause entry window is displayed.
  7. Modify the appropriate List Values, Parent List Values, and/or Sort Order.
  1. Click the Save button.
    Result: The changes are now reflected in the list.
